Expats Circle APP（abbreviation：EC） is an internet platform to connecting expats and locals. It launched in China only in the first phase. There are two language versions (English and Chinese version).English version fits for expatriates who are in China or going to China soon. Chinese version fits for local Chinese who have connections with expatriates in China. EC APP will provide online and offline services for both expatriates and locals.
